Terms & Eligibility

These review terms explain the intended ordering rules in plain language. They should be finalized before checkout opens.

Age and eligibility

By using the store or placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and meet the age-of-majority requirements that apply in their location. The store may refuse or cancel an order when eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Accurate account and order information

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, sizing, measurement, fit, and questionnaire information. They are responsible for protecting access to their customer account and for activities completed through it. The store is not responsible for fit problems caused by inaccurate or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Questionnaire and curation

The questionnaire is used to guide sizing, style, comfort, exclusions, and boundaries. When multiple submissions use the same account email, the newest complete submission is treated as the current version. Exact contents are not guaranteed unless a product description specifically states otherwise.

Product presentation

Images communicate the mood and presentation of the experience and may not show the exact items received. Colors can vary by screen. Mystery-box contents and brands can change with availability while remaining subject to the selected product description and submitted exclusions.

Prices and payment

Prices and applicable charges are displayed before checkout. An order is not accepted merely because a cart was created. Orders may be reviewed or cancelled for pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or eligibility concerns.

Processing, shipping, and cancellation

Orders are normally processed within 24–72 hours after the order and complete questionnaire are received and are shipped through UPS. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are also subject to the current Shipping & Discretion page.

Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery. Worn or used items, items rejected solely because the customer does not like the selection, and sizing problems caused by inaccurate customer-provided information are not refundable except where required by law. Return-shipping responsibility and exchange eligibility depend on the reason for the request. The current Returns & Refunds page forms part of these terms.

Appropriate use

Customers may not use the store, its forms, or customer accounts for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or security-compromising activity.

Intellectual property

The store name, logo, original photographs, written content, and original design elements may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Changes

Products, availability, prices, and these terms may be updated. The version presented when an order is placed governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
