Questionnaire Privacy

The questionnaire contains personal details. This page explains how the store intends to handle them with care rather than treating privacy like a checkbox-shaped decoration.

Information collected

The questionnaire may collect a name, email address, customer ID, box preference, clothing and lingerie sizes, measurements, fit notes, style preferences, comfort levels, welcome categories, exclusions, boundaries, and additional curation notes.

Why the information is used

The information is used to curate a box, select more appropriate sizes and styles, respect exclusions, provide customer service, and match the questionnaire to an account or order.

How submissions are matched

The store uses the account email and checkout email to match a questionnaire to an order. Customers should use the same email for both. When several complete submissions use the same email, the newest submission is treated as the current version.

Updating answers

The current form does not automatically display previous answers. To update a profile, submit the complete questionnaire again using the same email. The newest submission replaces the earlier version for future curation.

Discretion and access

Questionnaire answers are intended for people who need them to curate, fulfill, or support the order. Preferences and measurements are not printed on the outside of the package.

Storage and retention

Information is retained only as reasonably needed to operate the service, support orders, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. The final retention workflow should be reviewed before launch.

Correction and deletion requests

Customers may request correction, access, or deletion by emailing hello@itssecretlyyours.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
